Hi, I'm Ann Affinito, and I have over 27 years of experience in the health, wellness and fitness industry.

  • I teach group fitness classes, Pilates, personal training and serve as a health and wellness coach.

  • My passion is guiding people on their health and wellness journeys, including Pre/Post Menopause, Pre/Post Pregnancy, Teens, and those of us wanting to age gracefully.

  • It is all about living a healthy lifestyle through instilling healthy habits. I believe anything is possible…even aging in reverse!
