Hi, I’m Ann Affinito—founder of Body By Ann—and for nearly 30 years, I’ve been helping people build strength, energy, and confidence that lasts a lifetime.

My philosophy is simple: Muscle meets midlife.
Because strength isn’t just about how you look—it’s about how you live.

I specialize in guiding women and men through midlife with a strategic approach that combines strength training, Pilates (mat and reformer), and holistic wellness—creating real, sustainable transformation from the inside out.

I am the creator of Method 3™: Muscle • Mindset • Momentum, a results-driven system designed to build lean muscle, strengthen mindset, and create lasting momentum through progressive training, nutrition, and habit strategy.

I also developed True Balance™, my signature method blending Pilates with functional strength training to improve posture, mobility, and total-body strength.

In addition, I created Annilates™, a fusion of Pilates and strength training focused on deep core activation, control, and full-body sculpting—designed to lengthen, strengthen, and align the body.

Over the course of my career, I’ve led and developed a variety of formats all rooted in intentional movement and results-driven programming.

Through a combination of fully customized programs (in-person and online), small group training, and personalized coaching, I meet clients where they are—and guide them to where they want to go.

Beyond training, I lead women’s wellness retreats designed for reset, reflection, and renewal, and I serve as a keynote speaker, delivering impactful talks on midlife health, performance, and sustainable energy.

At the core of everything I do is this:

It is all about living a healthy lifestyle through instilling healthy habits. I believe anything is possible…even aging in reverse!
