Ann’s Muscle Muffins

Here is a recipe for these fantastic muffins I love.

PROCESS

First, preheat 325 degrees

The whole recipe is 1 serving

¼ to ½ Cup Old fashioned or Steel Cut Oats

4-6 Egg Whites ( 1= 3.6 gr Protein)

Stevia to taste or touch of pure Maple syrup

Put in Blender and quickly pour into pre-sprayed muffin tins.

You may add  2 TBSP Raisins or 3 TBSP Berries, Almonds ( 10 raw)

NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION

276 calories with the berries and almonds

160 calories with ¼ cup oats

235 calories and 18 grams protein with ½ cup oats and 5 Egg Whites
